ELISA test format – a microplate-based enzyme immunoassay, this high-complexity test is based on the principle of an enzyme-linked sandwich immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using two highly specific monoclonal antibodies. The PLAC Test ELISA format must be run in a CLIA-certified high-complexity laboratory.
